Congratulations. You made it to the end of the 14-day fitness challenge. Seems like only yesterday you were asking me how to do single leg squats without falling over. Le sigh.
This isn’t the end of us.
As I mentioned in the video, I will launch a 7-day challenge later this summer.
The foundation has been laid.
Continue to do things that are good for you. Drink lots of water. Work out. Buy high quality underwear.
