Should I get a consult before I start training with you? If you know exactly what service you want, buy it and we’ll get started, no need for a consult. If you’re not sure which option is best for you, if you want to talk and ask questions before committing, then we should definitely do consultation.

Do you offer refunds?
There is a strict no refund policy. If you’re not sure about a product or your time schedule, buy 1 session, not 10.

I need to cancel. I’m sick/My boss is a monster/The kids. How does that work?
A session can be canceled and rescheduled. Repeated cancelings will cause you to lose the session.

I don’t like using paypal or credit cards. Can I pay with check or cash?
Of course, I accept all forms of payment. (Reminder: All payments must be received before the session.)
