Holiday Fitness Challenge

Holiday Fitness Challenge

It’s been awhile but I know I’m right on time. On Monday December 10th, I’m starting another fitness challenge. It will include free workout routines, recipes, motivation, and challenges. This is for everyone. For those who’ve been away from fitness, you will benefit from my program – just go your own pace. For those who are fit and just need to tweak a few things, I’ve got you covered. Let’s get a head start on those resolutions. You in?

Have no idea what this holiday challenge entails? Check out an example from last year’s challenge.

  1. alright…I’m in!

My biggest challenge is my candy addiction. I eat tons of veggies for lunch and dinner, reasonable portions of fruits and nuts for snacks, and then wash it all down with sour patch kids. In fact, just before I saw this challenge on Revolve FB page, I went to the store for sour patch and dum dums. Then I get to my office and thought..ohhh there’s an Angel challenge, what’s this all about. And BOOM…I already failed! I’m officially putting the treats in the common area.

  2. @Elena. I’m not sure we can get around changing your clothes after your workout. That’s something that should be done. I can help with the other things. Glad you’re on board this year.

  3. Yay for challenge, I saw this last year but didn’t participate. I will join this year. I got married this year, and in the marital bliss, gained a bit around the middle to be uncomfortable in my clothes . I’m ok with the nutrition, as I’m the main cook and I’ve never met a vegetable I didn’t like, but some of the carb goodness probably has to go. I do have a workout flakiness issues, I hate the changing and getting ready and then the changing afterwards. Once I’m there, it’s fine but boring. I need a little extra motivation, list to check off, something to feel proud about. You’d think living with someone so into working out it would be easy to do more, but that’s not happening for me. I just don’t get the endorphin rush, (I’ve only ever got it from skiing) and watching him revel in the sweatiness and muscle pain of weight reps and the 50th push up is not fun for me.

  4. @Angel – I have been away for a while (just had a baby in late August). Before I got pregnant I was on an intense training program and worked out through my pregnancy but feel like I’m letting things get out of hand (bad diet habits, especially). Am looking to rediscover myself!

  5. @TinaChris. I will have plenty of challenges that you can do even with your dietary restrictions. I got you, boo.

  6. I AM SO IN! I will even try the nutrition part (yikes!). Good bye baby weight!!!!! Also, love the new blog look.
